Delete your Sisa account

You can delete your Sisa account and the data that goes with it at any time, on iPhone or Android. Sisa is made by Lexiam BV.

In the app (fastest)

Open Sisa → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@sisa-app.com with the subject "Delete my account". Write from the email address you sign in with, or include your Sisa @username (useful if you sign in with Apple and hide your email). We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile: username, display name and avatar.
• Your achievements, and the list of people you blocked.
• The nudges you sent and the ones you received.
• Your circle invites and memberships. A circle you own passes to its longest‑standing member, or is deleted if you are its only member.
• Your sign‑in account.

What is kept, and for how long

• Coach messages you sent expire on their own within 24 hours, and "unlocked an achievement" posts in circle feeds within about 30 days.
• Reports you made, or that were made about your content, are kept for as long as needed to review them and keep Sisa safe.
• Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat as their own policies and tax law require. We never receive your card details.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings (iPhone) or in Google Play → Subscriptions (Android).

The data stored only on your phone (your schedules and the apps you chose to block) is removed when you uninstall Sisa.
